SANSKRIT

Today, especially when reciting ancient Vedic scriptures and hymns, we come across this language with a uniquely complex and rich vocabulary, the acquisition of which can take a lifetime, but is definitely worth immersing oneself in the study of this mystical, expressive, and diverse language. The ancient language of the Vedas, to which a divine, that is, non-human, origin is attributed, and had been used among the Indo-Aryan peoples thanks to the great, meditating sages, the Rishik. The meaning of the word is “perfect” referring to its divine origin and attribute. The oldest Vedic Sanskrit can be found in the Vedas, especially the Rig Vedas, the Upanishads and the Puranas, and the Classical Sanskrit in the Vedas.
